1. Services We provide marketing automation, AI chatbot solutions, CRM setup, SaaS reselling, and related services through our agency and live demonstration environments. Service details, pricing, and features are outlined in individual client agreements or packages.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and carrier rules, when using our services.

• Do not misuse, copy, or resell our systems, automations, or AI agents without written consent.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due as stated in your agreement or subscription plan.

• Some services involve rebilling of third-party usage (SMS segments, email credits, AI tokens, phone numbers, etc.).

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, automation workflows, branding, prompts, and AI agents built by us remain our intellectual property unless transferred in a signed agreement.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own business.

5. SMS Terms By providing your phone number and opting in (via checkbox, web form, reply, or written agreement), you consent to receive SMS messages from Dreams To Goals Marketing LLC related to the services and demonstrations you requested.

• Program description: SMS messages from DTGM include demonstration walkthroughs of our automations, appointment confirmations, account and transactional notices, and — only where separately opted in — promotional messages from DTGM itself.

• Message frequency: varies based on your activity.

• Carrier disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

• No third-party sharing: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services in dispute during the 90 days preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Services We integrate with tools such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and others. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, outages, or issues caused by third parties or carriers.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, abuse of our messaging or automation infrastructure, or failure to pay.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

10. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
